Product Warranty

All products sold on fix-bee.com come with a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase, ensuring stable and reliable performance. If you detect any defects during this period, please contact us without delay through[email protected] to manage the corresponding return, exchange, or refund.

Important: To avoid damage caused by improper use, which is not covered by the warranty, we recommend testing the products before their final installation.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made on fix-bee.com. Kapa And Joe Limited accepts returns or exchanges only for products that do not show physical or functional damage caused by the customer.

  • Request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number within 12 months of the purchase date for products with defects covered by the warranty.
  • If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us and request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Specific cases:

  1. Damaged Product upon Receipt (Dead on Arrival - DOA):
    • If the package shows obvious damage at the time of delivery, refuse to accept it and report immediately to fix-bee.com.
    • If you detect any damage to the product after receiving it, please take photographs or videos and contact us within a maximum of 7 days to arrange for a return or exchange.
  2. Quality Issues:
    • For products with manufacturing defects, please send photographic evidence and contact our team to manage the return, refund, or replacement..
  3. Return Due to Customer Error or Reasons Unrelated to fix-bee.com:
    • You can request an exchange within 14 days of receipt, without the right to a refund..
    • The shipping costs to Hong Kong will be the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Receipt of Incorrect Product:
    • Report immediately with photographic evidence so that we can resend the correct product as soon as possible.
  5. Shipping Costs:
    • The customer will be responsible for a single payment for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges. No restocking fees apply..

Warranty Exclusions

The following cases are not covered by the warranty:

  • Products out of warranty period.
  • Products without the brands or quality control seals of fix-bee.com.
  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, water damage, damage to flexible cables, screens, scratches, or damage to the frame.

Procedure to Request RMA

  1. Contact our customer service team via live chat or email to request a return authorization (RMA).
  2. Once approved, you will receive an email with the RMA number and the address for the return.
  3. Complete the RMA form with product details, quantity, reason, tracking number, and photographs of the packaging.
  4. Return the products in their original packaging, unused and with the attached product list. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  5. Our service center will evaluate the product within 3 to 6 business days.
  6. After the evaluation, we will send you the report for your confirmation.
  7. Finally, we will proceed with the return, refund, or exchange as appropriate and within the warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Except as prohibited by law, Kapa And Joe Limited is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of products purchased on fix-bee.com, including special, incidental, or consequential damages, under any legal theory.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this policy in whole or in part at any time and without prior notice.

The maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the corresponding product.

To prevent abuse, we will implement stricter measures in the event of detecting improper or fraudulent use of our warranty and return policy.
